The Guangxi Shaan‑Guangxi‑ASEAN Digital Industry Development Research Institute is a regional core research‑service institution committed to the cross‑border integrated development of digital economy and the entire low‑altitude economy industry chain. Its cooperating entities include core enterprises and research institutions along the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, covering low‑altitude equipment R&D and manufacturing, cross‑border low‑altitude aircraft operations, co‑construction of low‑altitude infrastructure, low‑altitude digital management and control, as well as low‑altitude scenario implementation and application in ASEAN countries. It fully serves key segments of the low‑altitude economy, including equipment manufacturing, cross‑border flight services, cross‑border data interaction, and commercial operations. Its series of cross‑border industrial exchange events focusing on digital and low‑altitude economy have grown into a widely influential brand activity for the China‑ASEAN region. The Research Institute has been officially confirmed as a co‑organizer of the 3rd Low‑Altitude Economy Development Conference (Xi'an) 2026. While it has no direct cooperation with the Belt and Road Development Council, the Research Institute participates in the low‑altitude economy ecosystem co‑construction through cross‑regional and cross‑border industry collaboration platforms. It also maintains an in‑depth joint event co‑organization mechanism with low‑altitude economy industry institutions across China and multiple ASEAN countries. All official information is released through authoritative channels including the Research Institute and its cooperative partners.
