Since its establishment in 2019, the Xi'an Integration Development Promotion Association has shouldered the core mission of advancing military-civilian integration and fostering coordinated industrial development.

Rooted in the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, a national-level industrial highland, the association has gathered over 100 leading enterprises across the upstream and downstream supply chain as its founding members. Its scope encompasses the entire industrial ecosystem, including aviation flight control R&D, UAV manufacturing, new material applications, scientific innovation, and the commercialization of dual-use military and civilian technologies.

In driving industrial growth, the association not only actively builds bridges for collaboration between state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and local businesses—regularly hosting targeted matchmaking events like "Pooling Wisdom in Aviation Flight Control · Empowering Low-Altitude Economy"—but also stands at the forefront of international cooperation and standard-setting. As a co-organizer of this conference, the association will join hands with international organizations such as the Belt and Road Development Federation to propel regional industrial resources onto the global stage.

Furthermore, by partnering with institutions like the Xi'an UAV Industry Innovation & Development Alliance, the association continues to build premier exhibition platforms and hubs for technological innovation within the industry.
