The Shaanxi Federation of Industrial Economics (abbreviated as "Shaanxi Industrial Economics Federation") is a province-wide coalition of industrial associations, officially registered with the provincial government and operating under the guidance of the provincial department of economy and trade. As a corporate member of the China Federation of Industrial Economics, it serves as a vital bridge and link for Shaanxi's industrial sector, actively driving the leapfrog development of the province's industrial economy.
In the realm of the low-altitude economy, the Federation leverages Shaanxi's profound heritage as the only region in China that hosts R&D and manufacturing bases for both large transport aircraft and large civil airliners. It deeply connects multiple national-level industrial clusters—including the Xi'an High-tech Zone, Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, and Yanliang Aviation Base—gathering backbone forces across the entire supply chain, from aviation manufacturing and UAV R&D to intelligent automotive manufacturing and new material applications.
Regarding industrial upgrading, the Federation is not only committed to fostering collaborative innovation and structural adjustment among industrial associations but also actively responding to the province's strategic call to "cultivate and expand a hundred-billion-level innovation cluster for aviation manufacturing and the low-altitude economy." By building platforms for government-enterprise communication and promoting the deep integration of ports, trade, and industry, the Federation is helping Shaanxi seize the commanding heights of future industries.
