中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（英文简称CIETAC，中文简称“贸仲”）成立于1956年，是中国首家涉外商事仲裁机构，世界上主要的常设商事仲裁机构之一，在2021年被评为全球最受欢迎的五大仲裁机构之一，2025年贸仲2024版《仲裁规则》被评为全球最受欢迎的五大仲裁规则之一。近七十年来，贸仲以其独立、公正、廉洁、高效的仲裁法律服务在海内外享有盛誉。
2017年9月，中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会丝绸之路仲裁中心（英文简称CIETAC Silk Road Arbitration Center, 中文简称“贸仲丝路中心”） 在西安揭牌成立，2019年9月正式运行，其设立旨在落实推进“一带一路”建设，支持中国（陕西）自由贸易试验区打造“一带一路”经济合作和人文交流重要支点，提升西北地区法治化营商环境。
贸仲丝路中心作为贸仲的直属派出机构，与贸仲适用统一的《仲裁规则》和《仲裁员名册》，受理当事人约定由贸仲丝路中心仲裁的各类国内、国际（涉外）案件，就近为中外市场主体解决商事争议提供便利。贸仲丝路中心的优势：1.独立公正；2. 保密灵活；3.受案范围宽、程序国际化；4.程序快捷高效；5.仲裁与调解相结合；6.裁决在境外得到广泛承认和执行；7.专业的仲裁案件程序管理服务等。
Established in 1956, CIETAC is China’s first foreign-related commercial arbitration institution and a leading global permanent arbitration body. It was ranked among the world’s top five most popular arbitration institutions in 2021, and its 2024 Arbitration Rules were also listed among the top five most popular in 2025. Over nearly 70 years, CIETAC has built a strong reputation for independence, impartiality, integrity, and efficiency.
In September 2017, the CIETAC Silk Road Arbitration Center was established in Xi’an and became operational in September 2019. It was created to support the Belt and Road Initiative and enhance the legal environment for business in Northwest China, particularly within the Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone. As a branch of CIETAC, it applies the same Arbitration Rules and Panel of Arbitrators, accepting both domestic and international cases agreed by the parties for arbitration at the Center.

凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会丝绸之路仲裁中心，按照申请仲裁时中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Silk Road Arbitration Center for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the CIETAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
