西安市新西商企业家协会自2018年3月成立以来，始终以“搭建政企桥梁、服务企业发展”为宗旨，扎根西安、辐射全国、布局海外。作为西安市工商联指导下的社会团体，协会汇聚了航空科技、装备制造、大健康、数字经济等领域的150余家龙头企业。协会通过“新西商智库”“政策法规研究院”“数字经济创新研究院”等平台，持续推动企业转型升级，为区域经济高质量发展提供了坚实支撑。

At the crucial preparation stage for the Second China (Xi'an) Low-Altitude Economy Development Conference, we sincerely thank the Xi'an New Western Business Entrepreneurs Association for agreeing to co-organize it. With its remarkable industry clout, resource integration prowess, and pragmatic innovation, the association has strongly boosted the conference, showcasing the responsibility and strategic foresight of the new Western business entrepreneurs.
Established in March 2018, the association aims to "bridge governments and enterprises, and serve enterprise development," rooted in Xi'an with nationwide and overseas influence. Guided by the Xi'an Federation of Industry and Commerce, it unites over 150 leading firms in aviation tech, equipment manufacturing, big health, and digital economy. Through platforms like the think tank and research institutes, it drives enterprise transformation, bolstering high-quality regional economic growth.
The low-altitude economy now faces policy and market opportunities. We believe, with the association's support, the conference will be a model for integrating government, enterprises, academia, research, and users in this field. We hope to keep collaborating, using innovation and cooperation to propel the low-altitude economy to new heights and contribute to Xi'an's goal of becoming a "low-altitude economy demonstration city."
