陕西飞机工业有限责任公司（以下简称：陕飞）是1969年经中央批准建设，定点研制、生产大、中型军民用运输机和特种飞机的国有军工企业，是我军电子战特种飞机、中型军用运输机主要供应商，国家保军企业之一。陕飞现有职工8600余人，占地面积5000余亩。位于陕西省汉中市城固县，按地理位置分为南区、北区、汉中三个区。历经近半个世纪的发展，陕飞建立了完整的科研开发、系统集成、生产制造、质量保证、经营管理和人力资源开发体系，坚持推进飞机改进改型，加快能力条件建设，成为我国中型中程运输机和特种飞机的主要研制、生产基地以及大中型飞机的主要部件生产基地。被誉为“中国预警飞机的摇篮”。目前形成了运输机和特种机两大系列、三类平台、五类装备，已完成四十多种型号飞机研制，实现了从单一运输向多用途、空军向全军、军用向民用、国内向国际的四大转变，为国防建设和地方经济发展做出巨大贡献。
Shaanxi Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. (Shaanfei), established in 1969 with state approval, is a defense-owned enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of medium- and large-sized military/civil transport aircraft and special mission aircraft. It is a major supplier of electronic warfare aircraft and medium military transport aircraft to the Chinese military.
With over 8,600 employees and a site area of more than 500 acres, Shaanfei is located in Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, operating across southern, northern, and Hanzhong zones.
After nearly five decades of development, Shaanfei has built integrated systems for R&D, production, quality assurance, and management. It continuously improves aircraft models and enhances production capacity, serving as a key base for medium transport aircraft, special mission aircraft, and large aircraft components. Known as “the cradle of China’s early warning aircraft,” Shaanfei has developed over 40 aircraft types across transport and special mission categories, achieving a transformation from single-purpose to multi-role, air force to full military, military to civilian, and domestic to international applications—making significant contributions to national defense and regional economic development.
